The journey begins by choosing your preferred setting and metal. Our designers then translate your concept into a detailed CAD model, which you can review and refine. This model is 3D printed in wax, allowing you to see and feel your design before it becomes reality.
From there, the wax is encased in a special investment material that hardens into a mold. The wax is melted away, leaving a precise cavity, and molten metal is cast into the mold using vacuum and centrifugal force. Once the metal has cooled, we carefully polish it, set the stones, clean and rhodium plate the piece, and complete your custom jewelry.
